Samantha Neff is passionate about building relationships, creating organized systems, and helping both people and projects thrive. As Director of Operations and Client Strategy at Web Marketing Therapy, she supports internal operations, workflow coordination, and client strategy, helping keep projects organized, teams aligned, and marketing initiatives moving forward.

Before joining Web Marketing Therapy, Samantha spent 20 years in education, teaching from Ohio to San Francisco before concluding her education career as an Assistant Principal in Jacksonville, Florida. Her background in education shaped her leadership style and strengthened her passion for communication, organization, and building meaningful relationships.

Samantha loves that marketing blends creativity, strategy, and genuine human connection. She enjoys collaborating with clients and teammates, finding practical solutions, and embracing the opportunity to learn something new every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find Samantha spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates and functional strength training, traveling solo to new places, getting outside her comfort zone, and meeting people who somehow feel like she’s known them forever.
